Except our booking confirmation still isn't in our email over 2 hours later! and no immediate answer to this??
Flightgift did respond and assisted us. The email arrived soon after, it was just a bit disconcerting.

Bought physical gift card. site is not very clear about how to advance from one page to another. Payment is initially declined to check for fraud ( probably good) .

A very well run SCAM
I received a €300 voucher for flights at Christmas as my friends and family know i travel a lot. i decided toget a direct flight to China from Dublin, online i found a flight with Hainan airlines for €790 return I thought this is great with my voucher this will only cost me around 500 howver when i go to book with flightgift i see the exact same flight is 1170 return on the flightgift site making the voucher completely useless.
This company takes your money when you pay for the voucher then takes more money off you when you book a flight it is a very well run SCAM nothing more nothing less.
