I would never use Steph from Mornington again. Numerous errors in our travel plans and unhelpful when she didn’t know answers from my questions. Very disappointed as it was booked 9 months ahead and we had to change dates the week before to accommodate her mistake

I hadn't made an appointment but Roscoe attended to my requests promptly and gave me the time needed to make my booking. He explained what I needed to know well and the booking process was made easy for me. I'm very satisfied with the service

I have just returned from a trip organised by Darcy of Flight Centre, Canberra CBD. Darcy has helped me with travel before, which speaks for itself. Any problem I've encountered has been swiftly solved, nothing is too much trouble and the travel plans suggested have been first rate. Flight Centre in Canberra Centre would be my first stop for any future travel.

5 stars is not enough for Patrik whom we dealt with at Plenty Valley. We recently came in contact with Patrik to navigate a complex itinerary , two tours back to back. Dealing with alot of information and structure , Patrik made the entire process seamless, he was polite and efficient from start to finish, answering all our questions promptly within a quick time frame. His attention to detail and stress free approach gave us peace of mind with our choices. If you want a responsive , knowledgeable, polite and friendly travel agent , Patrik is the one. Matilda Day is extremely helpful in all aspects of the booking- flights, transfers,accommodation, insurance, daily tours. If Matilda is unsure she asks for and receives great assistance. Other employees give advice as to their experiences on similar destinations. Any of our concerns are no trouble to be resolved

Ease of booking, we always use same agent. Kaitlyn knows our travel preferences, always delivers on them with her signature service level. It's just an email with dates and destination and she does the rest 😀.
