Monique at Warriewood was great! No nonsense but easy-going! She got right to the point and helped create a miracle with the best-priced flights imaginable in this current political climate! I love to book my flights with Flight Centre. They take all the pressure and worry off me, it's worth the fee to make sure everything is done properly! Thank you!

When I got my quote for travel insurance, I was paying for 1 policy for 6 people. After I paid the fee, the amount on the insurance policy was $354 less than the amount I paid. I questioned this to find out that I had been charges $59 per name / person. I was told this was for the agents professional services provided. I don’t believe that the fee of $59 per name / person should apply when itnis just 1 policy being arranged. If it was 6 different policies, the. i would understand.

HOLIDAY FROM HELL. BOOKED AT WARRIWOOD NSW WITH COURTNEY. WAS FED LIES ABOUT THE SO CALLED RESORT IN SAMOA HOW IT HAD UNDERGONE A $10 MILLION DOLLAR MAKE OVER. IT CERTAINLY HAD NOT. I HAD BEED THERE MANY TIMES PRIOR AND THIS TIME IT WAS A TOTAL SHAMBLES IN EVERY RESPECT. THESE AGENCIES SHOULD GIVE A REALISTIC VIEW OF WHAT PLACES ARE LIKE WITHOUT THE LIES AND DECEPTION. PAID F.C. FULL RACK RATES AND COULD HAVE BOOKED ON LINE AT LESS THAN HALF PRICE. VERY BEWILDERING AND DISSAPOINTING. $20 THOUSAND DOWN THE DRAIN.

Monique at flight centre was excellent. From start to finish she was very obliging and helpful. Very friendly and understanding of our needs doing her best to accommodate us and ensure our safe stay in an unknown city.
She had no trouble changing our itinerary after the plans had already been finalized.
