Jaystice was friendly and efficient, however she left her job 1 day after our booking. Now we have to find a replacement team member to take over our booking. You booked our flights on Air Canada but failed to give us the booking reference number so we can get notices on the Air canada app. I sent an email regarding this matter and have not received any reply, will now have to visit the te Riverlink store

Our TA Karl, was quite professional and friendly at the same time. Made the process stress free. Explored various options and presented them to me in a structured manner. I booked the cruise and smooth sailing.(pun intended). Great customer service and quite knowledgeable.

Highly recommend Fiona Simpson
We cannot praise the efforts of our travel agent Fiona Simpson from the Ipswich office who went above and beyond when our flight was delayed 10 hours which resulted in our connection flight being missed and not being booked until the next day which would have resulted in lost bookings. Fiona was amazing and was able to get it sorted and kept persisting when the airline said couldn’t be done. Fiona was able to work her magic and have the agent realise it was possible

We booked another cruise through flight…
We booked another cruise through flight centre ( this is our 10th or 12 cruise). We keep going through flight centre as they make everything easy for us, we tell them where and when we want to go and they make it happen. Very friendly and helpful staff, we'll be back next time.

My wife and go on holidays every year to Tasmania and have always booked our flights with Flight Centre the staff are very friendly and they have always found the best flights and seating for us as well as any question we might have.
