I am absolutely shocked by my experience with FlightHub.
I purchased a ticket on WestJet and received a confirmation email. Everything appeared normal. Confirmation said: “your booking is confirmed”
The day before my flight, I casually clicked the “View Itinerary” link from my original confirmation email , and to my complete disbelief, it showed that a refund was being issued. I never authorized any cancellation. No one contacted me. No formal notice. No explanation. I had never requested a cancellation, and the ticket was clearly non-refundable.
If I had not randomly clicked that link, I would have shown up at the airport thinking I had a valid ticket.
Who canceled my flight? Why was it done without my consent? Why was I never notified?
This is beyond unprofessional, it is reckless and unacceptable.
To make matters worse, I was charged $150 for seat selection, and that money has not been properly addressed. Not only did I lose my trip, but I am now out additional money for something I never agreed to cancel.
This company operates in a way that feels deceptive and unsafe for consumers. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking through FlightHub.
Absolutely disgraceful experience.
HAPPY VALENTINE to me and my husband who will NOT celebrate it together!!!
Angel (ext. 045) helped my husband and I book our flights for our honeymoon and she was beyond helpful! She was so patient with us and got us the best deals - she even stayed past her shift to make sure we were able to book everything we needed. Can’t recommend her enough!
This is a great place to book flights! First booking I was wrong with dates and cancelled without charge, I feel obligated to stay with them and get great deals!
Do not use Flight Hub, they have partnered with refundable.me, this company has no contact number and has outrages cancelation policy. If i pay for insurance i should be able to get at min something back, this is a scam. Shame on Flight Hub and Refundable.me.
Well Here we go, after hours on the web site and chatting for several more I now know less than I did before. These people are great to take your money and book a Flight but won't respond other than say wait a few more days. Then What? Wait a few more days! Come on Flight Hub DO YOUR JOB
There 0 help i several attempts to change my flight date finally they answered through chat and charge me 2100+ to change my ticket. Finally had to give up and book another flight through another agency for 1150 dollar
