Top customer service.

I asked for a return for an arm monitor because it was too deep. Not only did they reply fast, but they process the refund AND told me to keep the monitor arm. Top notch service.

PS I also bought a standing desk from them and it’s perfect.

Good luck trying to get a refund...

The product for the most part has been good.

However, the customer service process has been a let down and somewhat telling of the company. I would be inclined not to use them in the future.

I tried to return a product and they asked for photos. Im within my consumer rights to just return it. Then when they did accept my return, i waited on a courier to collect. They didnt show up the first time round. It was a small product and hoped they would just give me a label to post myself. I am 3 weeks and counting waiting on a refund...

Dangerous – WalkingPad Stops Suddenly While in Use

I purchased a Flexispot walking pad in November 2025 but only started using it in March 2026.

It was set up in an open area in my room, and while walking at around 4 km/h, the device suddenly stopped without warning. This caused me to lose my balance and fall.

After this incident, I tested it a few more times at lower speeds while holding onto a desk for safety. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred repeatedly — in roughly 3 out of 5 uses, the walking pad stopped abruptly.

I also checked the belt alignment before each use to ensure it was properly centred and not touching the edges, so this does not appear to be a setup issue.

Due to this, I have decided to stop using it completely.

This behaviour is concerning and potentially dangerous, especially for anyone who might not be able to react quickly enough to prevent a fall.

Very quick resolution

Ordered some desks and a treadmill from Flexispot. One of the pieces had damage which they replaced quickly. Very impressed by the speed and resolution of the customer service.

great experience all around

The customer service is very helpful and responsive. The quality of the standing table is excellent, takes a bit of patience to build but it’s not difficult if one can follow ikea-style instructions. Delivery was also easy and quick. Would highly recommend.

What a disaster

What a disaster. Product that arrived was not as advertised.
Identified missing items - most of it including assembly instructions, fittings. Motor and most of the standing mechanism. Agreed to try again only to be despatched exactly the same with the same missing parts.
Have now been waiting 3 days for collection as a return. Guess what? 3 days at home waiting despite being given collection times. Still waiting.
Please sort this right now as the telephone number just rings and rings.

Great product and better support

I puchased a chair and, after only a couple of days of usage, I can tell that its value is more than its cost. Moreover, I needed to be in touch with the support and they completely resolved my issue in few hours.

Happy with first purchase

Ordering was easy and smooth, I bought an L-shaped standing desk. It arrived nicely packaged and in perfect condition - easy to assemble too.

There was an issue with delivery because I’ve inputted wrong postcode (my mistake), which the customer service team were very set on helping with (answers always same day).

After the resolution and some time lost due to miscommunications with courier companies, FlexiSpot offered to refund £15 to my original account for the inconvenience - which was a really pleasant gesture and I can tell they value long-term customer satisfaction over making a quick buck.

I genuinely suggest purchasing from these guys as they actually care that you get their product and enjoy it, thanks again 👌

Don’t recommend

I don’t recommend flexispot. Very rigid in terms of order cancellation and don’t even follow their own T&Cs. The order hasn’t even left their warehouse, but they won’t cancel it and would rather get DPD to attempt delivery and then return it back. Also, the unprompted reviews out there for their desks are not that good.

Save your money for a different company

Bought the l-shaped standing desk from them back in January. Took over a month for all the peices to be delivered and then arrived with the incorrect plug. Ask customer service for a replacement plug over 2 months ago now. Just kept being told it wasnt in stock and did I want to change my mind and find a adapter with a 30 pound refund. Can not recommend this company. Actually product is good bar the desk top, I would get that from a different company but if anything goes wrong they are a terrible customer experience to deal with. When you pay the price they ask for a desk you expect better and not to be treated like an inconveince because of their mistake

Excellent company

Excellent company, Got a C7 max , which in my opinion is a superb chair and amazing value for money. Anytime I contacted customer support they were very helpful and fast to reply, delivery and packaging was also amazing !

Delays and more delays and still no desk

Ordered a desk in January with the base being on "pre-order" for end of February.
Several "delays" later I'm now being told it's still delayed until the end of March.

I've now cancelled the order and need to waste my time waiting for the desk top to be collected as they sent that straight away despite there being no base.

Don't give them your money and shop elsewhere.

The reality is we messed this one up. We opened pre-orders based on stock estimates that we couldn't meet, and instead of being upfront about delays early on, we kept pushing dates back. That's not fair to you, and I apologise for the poor communication throughout.

I also understand how absurd it must feel to receive the desktop weeks ago while waiting indefinitely for the base — and now having to deal with collection on top of everything else. We shouldn't have shipped the top separately without clarity on when the rest would follow. We're reviewing this process so customers aren't left with half a product and no timeline.

I know you've already cancelled, but I wanted to acknowledge the failure here and thank you for taking the time to call it out. It genuinely helps us improve.

High quality Innovative products

High quality Innovative products and excellent customer service. I have been using FlexiSpot cycle desk bike for the past 3 years and it's still going great. I have purchased multiple products since, and the customer service has been really great - very friendly and quick turnaround for queries and returns as well.

WHICH Recommended Buy.

I ordered a Which recommended buy ergonomic chair for home working. However, the chair delivered had a part missing to attach the headrest.

I contacted the company be email and had excellent customer service with prompt responses to emails and a replacement sent out within 48 hours.

I have been happy to recommend not only the chair (which is so comfy) to my colleagues but also the company.

Great customer service

I had some issues with the delivery and I purchased the cable organizer without knowing that the same one is included with the desk already.
The support was quick and helpful in resolving all of the issues and arranging a refund for a duplicated item.

Recommend the service.

Very good experience

Was browsing through different options/stores for quite some time, but eventually decided to give FlexiSpot a try and so far don't regret it at all! The quality of the products and accessories are really great, they are active on different channels and run various interesting campaigns. But all that wouldn't really count, if the customer support was non existent (I've refused to go with another one for that reason, after more thorough research). Here, if you encounter any issue or have just a question, they are happy to assist and resolve any doubts without the prolonged waiting period between every message, so there is no stress for you to bare. Overall would trully recommend, already observed some social media profiles of them and will keep on the lookout for future purchases. As they didn't let me down, they'have gotten a satisfied customer in return that will stay for longer!

Bought both a desk and a chair from Flexispot. The chair is a C7 which has proven to be one of the best chairs I've purchased at that price point!
