I was behind 436 on my note I had split pay. They came and took the car without notice. Didn’t call me nor email to tell me to return the car. Terrible customer service and they still holding my belongings.

I think they price there car payments way to high , and people really only use that company because they have bad credit otherwise I don’t think they would be as popular as they are
The workers are friendly and nice but having a car with them is like driving for ups they monitor you’re driving and it messes up your score and sometimes your payment will go higher like for instance you could be the best driver and if somebody stops really quick in front of you and you have to break it basically tells them in your system that you hard break or they detect your speeding when sometimes you have to, and it’s not your fault but it basically penalizes you and a few different ways. I just don’t like some of their policies. It’s very strict.

Service
I recently went in for a scheduled oil change at the auburn Mass location that was supposed to be 30 minutes. I was there for pretty much 2 hours. Communication was not great at all. Also there was only myself and another for service, I don’t believe it should have taken that long or me be the one asking how much longer. Definitely not a good experience.

Car performance and mileage options
Car performance and Flexcar app run perfect. One request, why not another lower mileage level for drivers, such as 400 miles per month? Those of us who drive less only have either 800 miles or no mile options. Please consider.

We needed a short-term (6 month)…
We needed a short-term (6 month) solution for our college kid after his vehicle died. He had 6 months left of school and then would purchase his own vehicle. He took that vehicle to school all the way across the country. The lease worked exactly as described, no hidden fees. The return took 15 mins.
