Beware when booking a “double deluxe room” in this hotel. Their “double deluxe” rooms are between the 3-12th floors. I booked a double deluxe room with 1 bed and got 2 single twin beds. They have stated that only the 12th floor has king size beds! Unbelievably they have stated all the rest 3-11th floors despite being double deluxe rooms have twin single beds. So despite booking and paying for a double deluxe room with 1 bed we received twin single beds. The hotel advised that if you want a “king size bed” which most people associate with a double deluxe room you actually have to book an “executive room” and these are only located on the 14th and 15th floor! So despite booking a 1 bed double deluxe room we received twin single beds and were told that is a double deluxe room as it sleeps 2 people! I’m sure most people would agree that is something quite different that would be classed in my opinion as a twin bedroom not a double deluxe 1 bedroom that we booked!

Also beware the Sky bar restaurant in the hotel has no English food menus. They do not have an English menu for that restaurant in the whole of the hotel! Despite being open for 10 years they are apparently still waiting for them! The barcode on the back of the menu that intimates you can read the menu in English simply takes you to a website with every single hotel in the fletcher chain with no way of getting to see an English menu. So anyone with a food allergy I suggest unless you can read Dutch beware. In a world of international travel especially in the hotel business I would have thought an English food menu is a basic requirement especially for food when food ingredients could literally be life or death for some people. So manager beware this is an accident waiting to happen and needs to be addressed as a matter of urgency before someone gets ill or worse. You have been warned!!

A place to be.

Reception and restaurant staff very friendly and knowledgeable, breakfasts good, although they could be a little more varied for a 4-star hotel. The lift did not work, but I took this fact as a kind of health path, as the room was on the third floor. Unfortunately the room I rented turned out to be very small, which was uncomfortable. I hope the rooms on the lower floors (first and second floor) are more comfortable, but I didn't get a chance to see the full range.

Outstanding and gracious Staff, beautiful, very spacious, comfortable and stylish room, and great bathroom with shower and bath(separated). Amazing location. Everything at your footstep. Had an awesome experience and will not think twice to stay there again! My family loved it!

Fletchers hotels has bad service they dont look at the situations, had problems at new year eve got a voucher to resolve the issue and now i can not return the voucher multiple times, they say rooms are full when on internet the room is still availible, for me i really dont go anymore to fletchers, van de valk hotels are many times better, van der valk hotels have good service, they are honest and they are really helpfull, fletchers hotels has none of the above, so they lost my as customer

The room was clean and well kept. The staff were kind and readly available for my questions.

Great location and lovely spa. All the facilities were great and very good hospitality from the employees.

Well apart from a lovely shower being in the middle of the room, they happen to have a serious issue with the cleaning staff. Ultimately they are thieves. Some feminine vanity bits was stolen from my room along with my bag searched through. Although reported to the front desk nothing was done about it.

Fraud promotion ticket!
Do not buy their 25 Anniversary E-ticket!!! They claim that you can reserve a hotel room with such ticket. But it doesn't work as you expect. Most likely you will find no hotels available, especially during weekends. But if you go to the website of these hotels you will see the rooms are available. What a despicable trick and fraud! The ticket is also non refundable. In the end you will reserve nothing and lose 59 euros. At the moment of 25-year anniversary, I wish you bankruptcy Fletcher hotels!

i book a hotel room after getting mail reservation aprove they came back and cancel the room becous they they made a mistaike room not availebale and wrong price and thats it no compenstion noting yust sorry contact fletcher they not help full eather yust say they can make mistake too no fletcher more fore me

It was clean, warm and cozy room.I enjoyed my stay, the wellness center and the nice atmosphere during the breakfast.

Hotel is verry nice looking, easy access location,close to the center with verry polite and serviable staff!

Great hotel with wonderful reception team. The young man speaks very good German and his lady colleage parle un francais impeccable. We met Germans, Dutch and Belgian guests in the nice wellness part. We are looking forward to the repair of one indoor pool and hope to come back soon to enjoy a Wellbeeing weekend. The only thing for improval that I'd suggest: Find a solution for the long waiting line on the coffee machine at breakfast. Maybe invest in one more, or put them split on a 2nd spot to make passage easier.

I stayed at the hotel from Sunday 4 December till Thursday 8 December. Reason for my stay was to visit family in lekkerkerk. From arrival till i went back home to England the staff were brilliant. They can't do enough for you. Also the breakfast is excellent.
From English to continental. I can not fault the hotel and can't wait to come back again in March 2023.
