Nothing was too much trouble. From quoting to having the veranda fitted everything went smoothly and efficiently.
I would certainly recommend Fleming verandas.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Fleming to install a beautiful veranda over our new patio, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. From the start, Chris was incredibly patient, providing us with all the necessary information and answering our numerous questions. Unlike many competitors, Fleming were upfront about costs, which we greatly appreciated.

Robert guided us through the entire project with exceptional professionalism, ensuring we felt well-supported even though we were miles apart. The service we received was impeccable, and the quality of the workmanship is simply spectacular. This project has completely transformed our outdoor space, and we now have a stunning area to enjoy year-round.

I bought a weinor awning from another supplier and had a problem
I tried to get help and finding this company was fantastic. They didn’t have to help me but they did even though there was little in it for them.
A breath of fresh air and great customer service. I wish I’d bought it from them in the first place!

Didn't go ahead with the purchase however spoke with a lovely gentlemen at the showroom, I didn't quiet catch his name however he was very knowledgeable and pleasant answering any queries I had.

Recently had a veranda installed, team were very professional and completed the work to a high standard, very happy with it! Robert (sales) was great with getting it all organised and finished!!

Very happy with my Weinor Kubuta awning, the process was very smooth as they provided me with with professional help such as recommending me with darker fabrics to prevent bug markings, overall they was very knowledgeable in the field, the price was very good considering it included installation however the installation took longer then advised due to fixing issues with the brickwork, despite this they was honest and they sorted the issue out without anymore problems.

I had been thinking about getting a veranda for quite some time but couldn't make up my mind. Came across Fleming verandas and I am so glad, I decided to go ahead with them after dealing with not so honest people around in this business. The whole experience from start to finish had been an absolute pleasure. Rob and Chris had been great and fitting team were very professional. Garden is looking amazing with my Traffic white Lazio veranda with opal polycarbonate roof. I know we are going to make good use of this great space in our back garden. Thank you!

Its almost a year since my veranda was fitted (around 16th August 2023, after which I did leave a review to say I was thrilled) Well this is an update to confirm it really is the best money I've ever spent. Through the winter months (and unfortunately through the rubbish spring weather) its been a real bonus. I was able to shelter my tender plants underneath it throughout winter. It also makes life so much easier when you have a dog (incidently he cottoned on very quickly to the fact that he could be out and not get wet!)
The construction is still tip top, absolutely no change since the day it was erected.
I would still recommend Fleming Verandas to anyone I know. From the sales to construction, everyone was helpful, professional and the job was completed in the time I was told it would be.

Had a brilliant experience with Fleming Verandas. I met Darren at the showroom, who talked me through all the options, showed me photos and videos of other jobs, and gave me an indicative quote based on some photos and measurements. Rob conducted a very efficient survey over the weekend, and I'm already booked in to have my new Piemonte glass veranda put up in a couple of weeks. Really recommend Fleming Verandas. Even though due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to purchase the product, up to that point all I can say an extremely professional outfit. Extremely friendly and always helpful in answering all my questions which were many.

Had a terrific experience with Fleming’s. I went to the Hollybush and had a meet there with Chris. From there, Robert came over and surveyed, and we had our new Opal Lazio up within three weeks. Great service from beginning to end from Fleming’s!

Flemming were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The construction was fast, super efficient, Friendly and very tidy. I never had to chase them for anything.
I love my veranda so much that I am out in it every day, even in the frost! X

We had our new Weinor Semina Life awning installed in December so have not had much of chance to use it yet!
We 1st contacted Sam back in June & we visited the Flemings showroom near Wolverhampton whilst on holiday later in the year, encouraged by Sam to see the product in person.
Once we decided on the product the Flemings team communicated the lead time & kept in contact with us through regular updates on delivery and installation (Chris was very helpful).
The installation was lightning fast and the install team cleared away well (including brick dust) considering it was raining.
A great service from start to finish from Flemings & we look forward to trying out the awning in 2024!

Recently had a ‘Lazio’ opal polycarbonate lean-to veranda installed after tedious research and multiple companies pitched from, we chose Rob and his team at Fleming Verandas. Really happy with the result (although only installed 2 weeks ago so time will tell!) and the end new, modern aesthetic it’s added to our property.

Had a fantastic experience with the team at Fleming’s. Visiting their showroom was really helpful, and the staff there were very friendly and highly knowledgeable about the glass and polycarbonate options. Decided on the polycarbonate and I’m looking forward to it being installed in February
