Awesome Trackers

Super quick and lovely people, nice and easy to deal with. The tracker was easy to fit, with great instructions. we have several on our fleet and the Susystem is easy to track usage and location etc...

Multiple weeks their tracking system…

Multiple weeks their tracking system has gone offline in the middle of the night and there’s no emergency contact number which leaves us absolutely desperate. It appears the office is also closed over the weekend. This is poor service and needs addressing immediately

Thanks for your feedback. We take platform reliability seriously and pride ourselves on a 99.8% uptime record, so we want to be upfront about what happened here.

We are in the middle of migrating our backend infrastructure to Kubernetes which is a significant upgrade to how our platform runs.

The incidents on 22 March and 11 April were a direct result of this work and are the only two significant outages we have experienced. The first was a certificate renewal not handled properly during the transition and the second was caused by a legacy service being retired that was still being referenced by a background process. Both have been fully investigated and we have published post-mortems on our status page at fleetsmart.statuspage.io where you can also subscribe for updates.

We do have an out of hours support number on 0161 883 1144 which provides basic troubleshooting and can escalate issues outside of our standard Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm hours. Our engineering team also monitors the system during normal weekday hours at weekends. We recognise that this number has not been visible enough and it is being added to our website this week so that no customer is left without a point of contact.

Excellent Service

The service was excellent, very quick responses, training and information, and from the time of completion we had the trackers within a few days, and as promised they were very easy to fit. We have only just started using the software, but so far it does exactly what we need it to do.

Great Service from Fleet Smart

The company has been using FleetSmart since late 2022 and i have dealt with them since 2018, the service is always top notch, straight to the point and understand our requirement, to get tracker fitted, the experience ran smooth from ordering to fitting the tracker in.

Customer Service was great!

The service was good and especially the exceptional customer service of Steve Bristow and Danny Jones, I reached out to your company and within 5 minutes Danny had responded to my enquiry.

After helping me, Danny then set me up on a video call with Steve where I was shown through the system, all on the same afternoon. It's nice to deal with a company that actually puts the effort into their customers.
