I have had very poor results using Fleava and I want to cancel my subscription. However, no one at Fleava will respond to my many requests.

SCAM company! Don't buy from them.

This company deserves a -5 and jail time. It’s a bank card scam disguised as a hair treatment. They have tried to charge us four times for a subscription we never signed up for. We had to cancel our card and spend hours putting together documentation. They never sent our product until almost a month later after we cancelled the order. Then two days later they generated a shipping label and said cancellations are against their policy. We asked to return it per thier 90 day return policy listed many times in their site. They said they don’t accept returns because they don’t have a warehouse. Oh and their US address is fake. Shame on Amazon for hosting these scammers.

They just send you an email confirming an order you did not authorize and then its virtually impossible to cancel, due to the fact you can only email them and wait for a response, so this is a terrible business practice.

I ordered a bottle of DHY Blocker and 6 bottles of the hair serum in October 2025. As of April 2026 I have received the hair serum (after numerous complaints) but ZERO DHT Blocker. That's SIX MONTHS later...

On top of this they tried to scam me by trying to charge me for an ongoing subscription which I never signed-up for.

They lie in their emails saying it is 'on its way' and so I have asked my bank to process a full refund on my credit card.

The serum is useless. I have been using it since I got it with zero results.

Do not waste your time or energy on these muppets.

I purchased a three bottle deal from this company and they only sent me one bottle. It states clearly on my invoice that it was three bottles and it states clearly on their automated text that it was three bottles the automated text or artificial intelligence confirmed three bottles after I spoke with them via text. They denied me my additional two bottles saying that it was always one. I got ripped off. I am no longer purchasing from this company. 100% do not recommend them.

I live in Canada. Fleava is one of the scammiest companies that I have ever come across.

Through at least two unwanted orders, I have over a 1 year supply in my possession of their hair serum.

I had asked two times - incredibly explicitly- to cancel a monthly recurring subscription. No luck.

I was often referred to a subscription cancellation page that was not working.

I finally- I thought - had cancelled my subscription in Jan 2026.

Guess what? This morning, I was charged for another unwanted order totalling $222.00 USD!

I WAS LIVID! I have yet another email into them asking for a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION!

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

This stuff does work.
My problem is how I have been scammed several times from Fleava.
They advertise deals with multiple units purchased.
After order and verifications the amount charges was $40+ more than agreed on.
Another order for 3 bottles. Charged and verified my account for the 3.
When shipment arrived I o ly recieved 1.
Also they tried to set up a subscription which I did not request.
Its all BS and terrable buisness tactics. I wish fleava would operate as a upscale and honest company but feel thier dishonest buisness practices are a scurge to their faithfull consumers.
Beware and be ready for thier BS.

I'm disappointed that I had to give them one star just to write a review , ok so I made a purchase of their copper peptides and the cost of that product was immediatly withdraw from my account however the tracking number that they provided doesn't work so I have emailed them several times about the situation and have not recieved any type of response. Fleava is refusing to address my issue ! Do not buy any products from fleava ! It's a scam !!!

Fleava responded very quickly and positively with regard to my request.

Ordered in late December 2025. Received no communication until I filed a chargeback in February 2026 then suddenly “most of my order will be shipping soon”. I requested a cancellation and was denied. Partial order received mid February. They fought the chargeback and claimed the order was delivered. Several emails to them have gone un answered. I’ve escalated the chargeback and stated a request for 90 day guarantee.

Crummy company with no way to call them and a week or more between emails. Stay away

My son has sent numerous emails to cancel his subscription for the past 6mths with no response at all and the direct debit has continued to be taken from his account. I feel this company and product is fraudulent and the financial institute has been notified. This is extremely disappointing to say the least he has had no results what so ever.

It's a scam! I'm not sure about the product bu what it is sure is that it will suck your money out of your bank account in no time. There is no way to contact them, you can write as many emails as you want with no responses. No phone number to call. No option on the webpage portal to cancel the subscription. In other words, it will make your hair fall way faster from the stress to know that you are being scammed and there is no way out of it other than notifying your bank to open a dispute for fraudulent activity which is a pain in the ass to go through.

Follow up was good but slow probably due to the time difference . But they kept following up until the issue got resolved .

I've noticed that my hair is healthier and has more density. Your product is very good. I've tried several products over the years, and yours has achieved better results than all the others I've used. I would recommend this to all my friends and family who are experiencing thinning and baldness.

The same as everyone else. I made an inital order then was entered into a subscription model I didn not agree too and then was charged over three times the amount for the same products which I did not order or request.

The website does not allow you to just cancel the subscription without them emailing you a link meaning its an absolute nightmare.

I wouldnt purchase anything from here its not worth the headache.

I ordered a three-month supply of their hair, serum, and shampoo to address my thinning hair. However, I was charged almost double the initial order for another three months supply just a month later. Despite contacting support, they responded with a dismissive attitude, suggesting I deal with the issue since I have a subscription. This company’s shady business practices and tendency to overcharge are concerning. I don’t recommend anyone sign up, regardless of the product’s effectiveness. I haven’t even used one bottle yet and am being charged for another three months. Beware and avoid ordering from this company.

Ordered one time. It was not a subscription order. Surprise! A month later they are billing me again only double more. You can't get off their list!

Terrible!!

This company sent me a duplicate tracking number and mailed my package to the wrong address and has stopped corresponding with me to resolve the issue.

It’s been one month and I still have not received my order.
