Paid for express shipping; don’t bother
Paid for express shipping. DHL took 3 attempts to deliver. No option for post office safe drop in the event they can’t deliver. Specifically asked for them to not leave it in the sun. Day three they left it inside the complex gate in the direct elements. Post pack was too big to fit in letter box because of free sample I won’t use. Extra cost on express shipping completely moot. Products probably damaged due to heat after being carted around in a hot truck for three days and left in the sun. There needs to be a better option for delivery. This has been far more difficult than it should be. Australia post much more efficient.

We understand your frustration and apologise in Behalf of DHL. We would be able to help you if you would contact us and tell us what you experiencing, but there were no emails from yourself. We tracked your parcels journey and could see, that your parcel was delivered in 4days since left UK on 31st of January. Your parcel arrived to Australia 2nd of February and was attempt to deliver on 2nd, second attempt on the 3rd and finally delivered on the 4th.
Just to let you know, If you prefer Australia post, please next time choose our other shipping option- Standard Shipping, which is a part of Australia post.
Once again apologies in behalf of courier company for any inconvenience it might caused.
