Having received my order over a week…Annoyed

Having received my order over a week ago with the wrong products in I duly rang the Company & was told someone would get back to me no one has then e.mailed next day no reply then rang again this week was told someone would get back to me no one has. Disgusting way to treat people. They have taken my money for something I did not order.
