Trash support, ignoring Emails, no chance to return the item if it doesn’t fit
I ordered a bracelet, unfortunately it was too small. I made a return request via the website as instructed. I received an email that my return request was being reviewed and that I would receive an email shortly with the return instructions. This email was sent 4 weeks ago and I have never received an email. My emails are ignored. Not a single reply so far. I opened a dispute with PayPal for this purchase. The seller got back to me quite quickly, but only via PayPal. I will get my money back if I return the bracelet (of course I have to pay the shipping costs), he had left an address there. He also pointed out that I could return the bracelet via their website, which I did of course, he would have known this if he had looked at my text and the screenshots I had uploaded. Well, my parcel could not be delivered and will be sent back to me. Have now written to him again via Paypal. Do yourself a favour and don't order from there.
