They look good on, but I can see my big toe poking through the top of the shoe, and they are also way too flat. I bought them for working in retail, where I’m on my feet all day and walk a lot, but it felt like I had no shoes on—no cushion whatsoever.

Thank you for leaving your review and sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied. The Model you ordered is one of our super light weight shoes, with no inner lining for extra flexibility and you can use them as a step in loafer with the heel down.

They have nice products, too bad they can’t do customer service. I returned my item almost 3 weeks ago and still waiting for an update on it. In 2025 this is unacceptable for a company that wants to be high end.

The boots are beautiful on arrival. I have worn them twice and the soles have already worn down and the toe on one boot has already gone misshapen. Really disappointing

The boots that you have ordered have a leather sole. Leather-soled shoes look great and allow the foot to breathe, as they are a natural membrane. The leather has low wear resistance, so the leather sole may be deformed when worn in wet weather. Therefore, we highly recommend you visit the cobbler and put a protective rubber sole on top before first use to avoid tearing the sole and to get a better grip. The boots I ordered are absolutely everything I wanted and expected for the price. Beautiful leather, gorgeous design that's just a bit edgy. The ordering and delivery was so good, I was kept upto date from dispatch to delivery in UK and for the time of year was extraordinary. 10 out of 10 all round.

Beautiful purse with lovely design and detailing. I will say the leather isn’t as thick or supple as I would have expected for the price. The little card inside my purse that indicated it should have been signed by someone who packed it was blank, which was odd. Why include it at all? I otherwise appreciate the brand’s approach, ethics and aesthetic.
