Terminal issues left us unable to take payments
We moved to Flatpay and everything seemed fine at first. Then the terminal stopped connecting to the pad and we couldn’t take payments. We were left without a working terminal for several days. Support kept saying they would call back, but never did. Even after being told the issue was fixed, it still didn’t work. Not reliable.
