Great customer service from Michal, any enquiries were responded to promptly. The fitters Mietek and Patryk did a great job. They left the areas tidy, and clean. All work was done to a professional standard. The whole process was smooth and easy. I contacted Michal on Monday and the fitters arrived on time on Friday with all the work completed.

I would highly recommend Flat Pack Help for any flat pack/handy man tasks, especially for items from Ikea.

I’ve asked Flat Pack Help to build furniture on two occasions for me.

Both times, the experience was excellent from start to finish.

I know next time we need some help, theirs will be the first name that comes to mind.

So happy with the job done by Flat Pack Help! We had two beds assembled, 6 floating shelves fitted and a day bed dismantled. The work was completed to a high standard and room was left very clean! Can’t recommend this company enough.

We are delighted with the service. Michael was a pleasure to deal with and we got a date organised within a couple of weeks. Andy arrived early morning and had our Mamas and Papas furniture (cot, chest of drawers and wardrobe) built within a few hours. We are so happy with how it all looks and would highly recommend Flat Pack Help!

The fitter turned up at the stated time then worked quietly, efficiently and neatly until the job was done. Very happy with the service.

My gym machine was complicated and took a few hours (as I was warned) but Andy did a great job and even tried it out and showed me how it works....above and beyond. Always a pleasure doing business with Flat Pack Help.
