Flatio : Easy, prompt & hassel free

Just loved my experience with Flatio . They were easy , prompt and non- bureaucratic. Also they had a wide range of prices and options.It's so different. Just hope they keep up their standards.

Trustworthy company!

I own a few apartments that are rented through Flatio for over 5 years now. I have to say, that I am always pleased by the quality of the support Flatio provides, even in a difficult situation that I had with my last tenant. This is definitely a partner that I can trust with my rental properties. I can definitely recommend them to all property owners.

I sent a reservation for 2 weeks in…

I sent a reservation for 2 weeks in Vienna and the reservation was rejected because the owner/agent said the price was too low and would be happy to rent to me if I [paid approx 180 EUR more. I contacted her privately and she said it was a mistake on Flatio and she is sorry but she cant rent for that cheap. I found this very bad busness ethics and I will not use Flatio again.
UPDATE: Flatio contacted me a couple of weeks ago and sent a voucher for 20 EUR and asked if I could remove the 1 Star rating. I said I would not but that gets me thinking that there would be more 1 star ratings but people get the voucher and delete their reviews. I said what happened is unethical and illegal (a Viennese lawyer said they must honor the price adverted) and the Flatio rep on WhatsApp said that upper management would be informed and I would receive a reply. That was on August 21. Of course no one ever replied to me. Look below someone posted they were supposed to get a refund and never received a refund waiting months. I will never use Flatio again.

THE WORST SERVICE

The worst service ever! I GOT SCAMMED!!!!

I had a reservation in Lisbon and the owner asked me to pay extra money or get out! Flatio unfortunately weren't able to solve it and they told the only way to solve it is to cancel my reservation and refund my money, HOWEVER, THEY NEVER REFUNDED THE AMOUNT I PAID. It has been a disaster communicating with Flatio and asking for my money. It has been so far 10 months and yet I haven't received the full amount that I have paid.

AVOID FLATIO AND BE AWARE YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN IF ANY PROBLEM!

Exceptional experience

Exceptional experience! We were a little concerned as we had not heard of Flatio before. It was a very last minute need as our travel plans were changed due to a medical issue. The prices were much better than Airbnb and the home was beautiful. Our host was very helpful and the area is close to anything you will need, including things to do for children. Highly recommend

Very smooth process

Very smooth process, no issues at all. Clean UI to navigate on, straightforward process from finding the apartment to moving in. They also send reminders every now and then, before moving in and before moving out, to make sure everything is smooth. I really hope that this platform picks up, because it is the perfect solution for digital nomads.

extremely large commissions for any action at all! doubling the payment for the first month as a commission, if you want to terminate the contract - pay another 165 euros! are you crazy or something??? this is robbery!

Great platform

Great platform. Sufficient demand, mostly decent and clean tenants. I have an apartment rented most of the year. And I don't have as much work with accounting, etc. as I would have if I rented the apartment elsewhere.

Great comms dealing with a bad situation

My first ever Flatio rental turned out to be a bit of a disaster. The place was really messy and dirty. I contacted Flatio by email initially and their response time was about 6 hours. Later when I contacted them by email to say that I had to move out early, they called me on WhatApp, were very apologetic and did their best to resolve the situation. Excellent comms with Flatio team in Prague

Great little apartment

Great little apartment, equipped with everything you would need in a great location. It's my second time staying here and Gabriella is always very helpful. My only complaint is that the couch is uncomfortable.
