Jim’s my man! I bug him all year round so I can pounce on a good Business Class deal to somewhere.
I’m just back from a Chile trip with my girlfriends and there wasn’t a hitch; I’m preparing last minute deals in South America for our March trip with my husband that Jim secured. The price he got combining flights up and back from Ecuador were AMAZING. So good was the deal, (as we were just contemplating at the time of my call), we just locked dates in! Now Jim’s just secured another beaut with Oman Air flying me to Europe in September.
His knowledge of his trade is exemplary. He was recommended to me several years ago, and I think Flatbeds should hire me as his wing man as I’m always making my friends write down his details for future travel 😂😂😂.

I deal with Jim Smithson. He is an absolutely amazing person. I rate him 200% out of 100%. Why? He is polite, friendly, helpful, efficient, will seek out alternative routes if the route you want is booked out. Clearly( please don’t call me racist as I am not, but some people you get on the phone have an accent and I am exhausted by the end of the call deciphering in my head as to what they have said) spells everything out, reminds me of total time allowed in shengin area(90/180) So he anticipates if there might be a problem. If he says he will ring back in 2 hours he does, 10minutes- he does. He gives outstanding service so that is why I repeatedly go back to him to book our overseas fares. He should be bottled.
