Ordered a replacement lid for a Thermo…
Ordered a replacement lid for a Thermo King mug which arrived in a clear unmarked plastic bag, and was broken with a small part snapped off. No response to an email requesting returns procedure. Looking at the new lid compared to to the original that came on the mug there are differences. I’m not convinced about the authenticity of the replacement.

Spare Thermos part without any hassle
Needed a spare part for my Thermos flask and Flasks Online were there to save the day. Clearly set out website with all the information needed to identify the part needed. Product was dispatched and delivered on the dates specified. A very pleasant experience from start to finish, I will certainly use Flasks Online again if the need for a Thermos spare or new flask arises.
