I purchased stair treads from this company in February and returned them within a few days according to their return policy. Despite the company receiving the returned product, I never received my refund.

Over the past several months, I have contacted customer service at least 10–15 times. Every time I was told that the refund was "being processed" or "in progress," but no refund was ever issued. The lack of follow-through, communication, and accountability has been extremely frustrating.

Based on my experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from this website. If you need to return an item, don't assume you'll receive your refund in a timely manner—or at all. Very disappointing customer service and overall experience.

This company does not stand behind their guarantee or warranty. Measurements are not accurate online and they will not rectify their mistakes. They will promise to send you replacements but do not follow up. The phone number listed goes straight to voicemail and they do not return calls. Buy at your own risk.

My rug arrived well packaged. He quality is excellent and I love how it totally transformed our foyer.

Amazing customer service with good quality rugs. I bought a rug that was too small. They sent me a bigger size and told me to keep the original no extra charge! highly recommend

I love my rug but it took a lot longer than i was told

I ordered stair treads and they were not as pictured. The product I received was cheaply made with large stitching around the edges that looked sloppy. I requested a return and the company offered me a partial refund if I keep the product, which I accepted in order to avoid the hassle of repackaging and paying for return shipping. It has now been three full weeks and I have not received my refund, and when I email them they keep saying they are working on it.

Horrible. I have not received my rug and it’s been a month. Complaints to the company are met with fraudulent responses.
The company is not based in Delaware as indicated on the website. The rugs come from Turkey.
Save your money and buy a rug produced and sold in the USA

I’m really happy with my rug from FlashRug. The quality is great and the material feels soft and durable. The colors look exactly like the photos on the website and it really brightened up my room. It arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Overall I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend FlashRug to anyone looking for a stylish and good quality rug.

I found the perfect area rug for my dining room on FlashRug’s website. After I placed the order, I realized I ordered the wrong size. I needed it a foot shorter. I sent an email and asking if they could correct my order and they responded within the hour that my error was corrected. When I received my order, It was perfect 👌🏼. You never know if it’s going to match what you see on a website. The rug matched perfectly as it did on the website. I love it. It’s high-quality. It has a rubber backing so it doesn’t slip.

The 5x8 rug is lovely. Fairly heavy, hoping it fits in the washing machine! It came folded and flattened out just fine in about 2 days.

We an awful experience with FLASHRUG. We ordered a rug. When we received the rug, the colors did not come close to matching the ad. We sent pictures to customer service. After MANY unanswered phone calls, and repeated emails BEGGING for help. They FINALLY accepted the rug back, but made us pay for shipping the rug back, which was 56.00. I do not feel that was fair when obviously the colors were not even close to what was advertised. The date i entered was an estimated. BUYER BEWARE!!
