The product didn’t even work as advertised, as well as flashback unlimited charging over $8 more than amazon does. Flashback Unlimited is a low budget scam that I DEFINITELY should have realized before ordering.

The customer service was fantastic. We actually did not receive the cord we ordered, but when we contacted the company they were very apologetic. They sent out the correct cord right away and admitted their mistake. No extra charge of course.

If I could give it a negative I would, it would have been awesome to know or had the webpage ask about ordering the adapters instead i just spend money on a doorstop that has 5 hdmi and no power source.

The experience was a lot better than I expected. The only thing was my order arrived late but other than that everything went smoothly!

I took off one star because of the price, which doesn’t need to be over $100 for a usb hub and the XIM apex itself, it costs them $5-10 to make the equipment. I’m taking off another star because if you try to move completely horizontally to the right, the cursor will also move down as you move to the right. The opposite is done when you move to the left, the cursor moves up along with it. One more complaint I have is in the game Rainbow Six Siege. If you are sprinting forward and press Q or W, you will stop sprinting and walk forward in that direction. You are usually able to continue sprinting in a diagonal direction when doing this on both pc and Xbox.

Item came in expected condition, no dents or damage to boxing.
Delivery was a day late but that's honestly expected where I live, so no star reduction for that.
Product itself works perfectly, so I'd say 5 stars! Never heard of the company before so I was honestly skeptical of them, but it seems my fears were unfounded as everything turned out alright.
