First of all, when you purchase the theme, they deliver it in a short time.
However, this is not an original theme. You can upload it to Shopify and use it without issues, but you won’t receive updates.
The reason I gave a low rating is because when you try to contact their support team, they don’t respond via Gmail. I’ve sent around 20 messages on WhatsApp they’ve seen them but don’t reply. It feels like they’ve set up a system just to avoid responding for 14 days so they don’t have to issue a refund.
So if you’re planning to buy a theme from here, think carefully and don’t be misled by the low price. It’s better to go and buy the original one. Because if you buy from here, they will simply not respond for 14 days to avoid giving you a refund.
