I ordered a fnaf advent Calendar on Black Friday weekend and was concerned it wouldn’t arrive before 1st December. I emailed Flare direct to chase up my order and Joe got back to me very quickly and assured me he would chase it up and try and make sure I had it in time. The communication was amazing and my item arrived 1st December just in time for when my son came home from school. I can’t express how happy I am with Joe’s customer service. I will be using Flare’s website with confidence and will definitely be recommending it to friends and family. Give this man a raise!

Ordered item two weeks ago. Still no delivery, asking for a refund online, no answer. This company should be band. Looking at the reviews this seems to happen a lot.

Delivery took ages, emailed customer services re delivery time still waiting on response. But did get item eventually.

Reading through this review and same with order 3485..not even dispatched till now.my order was no 3486. Ordered last nov 25 Saturday thinking it can make it in time as this was an advent calendar. But till yesterday nov 30 it wasn't even dispatched. I have emailed them yesterday to say i know longer need it and i want a refund. No reply till today

Order not sent from over two weeks ago. No response from attempted emails. I want a refund but how will I ever get it if they’re not responding to my emails! Super unhappy!! 😞😞😞

Cheapest available, straightforward ordering process, delivered on time and packaged with care. Cannot fault anything about the service I received. Would certainly use them again.

Not dispatched after a week, no reply from the sales email, and the item is showing as out of stock now id very much appreciate a refund as this is for advent calendars

I ordered a week an a half ago, order still not turned up (it was a birthday present) i’ve emailed them multiple times to no avail.
should have paid the extra £5 and got it from a legit website.
lesson learned.

Child’s squishville capsule found a lot cheaper elsewhere with postage I paid £10.75 £6.75 £3.80 postage thru eBay item £4.99 at other retailers it was my mistake that I bought it thru this site as I had never seen them before it was a request from my granddaughter please note I did buy the item thru EBay so I am not sure how eBay influence the price and delivery charge but the item was packaged and sent by flare direct

There were several issues but I can't fault the company for putting them right. The order was very late being sent out and I wasn't informed why which is why I took a star away, but they did apologise and explain when I emailed them to chase the order. Then after my order was stolen and they resolved it while also showing good communication during the process. Overall good customer service.

I found the cheapest price on this website. I found them very competitive. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because there was a delay and I was not initially informed. Having said that when I emailed enquiring they promptly got back to me and my package arrived quickly afterwards and in excellent condition. In fact I emailed at midnight and I received a reply minutes after.
They were very apologetic and went above and beyond to fulfil my order. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

I made the order and it said 3-6 days when it didn’t turn up within that window I messaged and nobody replied, after two weeks I thought I’d better try and cancel it, but then I had a message saying my parcel had been dispatched (but not by who) but I hadn’t ordered anything else, so it finally turned up, in fairness it was well packed and in good condition but prior to this I’d been wondering whether I’d been scammed. Poor service and communication but they got there in the end.

Although postage was slow at first, it was only a few day out and after messaging them how urgent the toy was, they sent it fairly quick after that. So was very happy
