Can’t recommend highly enough!
I purchased a weekend bag, toiletry bag and make-up bag by a brand I came across in Paris and was unable to get hold of elsewhere. I was able to use a welcome discount making the price excellent, and service was outstanding. My order was with me in just over 24hrs, beautifully packaged and included a lovely unexpected free gift. It made my day. Thank you!
Unfortunately I have had to change my review as I have had an issue with the bag I purchased. This is not the fault of Flaners, but I have contacted them on two occasions to ask for their advice on getting in touch with the brand directly. I have had no response whatsoever. Whilst I can’t fault the purchase process, it seems that if there is a problem they are not interested.
Flaners have since contacted me, apologised for their late response and been very kind in their offer to rectify the issue.
