Bravo; my sideboard arrived less than a week after I have ordered, I did not expect such a fast delivery. I am happy with the service and the furniture, it takes few hours to assembled following the clear instructions. It looks good and fits for purpose.

I have to say never in my life have I experienced such a catalogue of bad customer service and rudeness. I accept Mistakes can happen, stock isn’t available or delayed. What I don’t accept is my order being cancelled without notification a month prior to my follow up, being told my funds where refunded when they where not and the onus is on me to chase with my bank. It wasn’t until I opened a dispute with MasterCard did I get any traction. Not once did I get a “I’m sorry”
I would spend my money elsewhere

Had the worst experience ever with this company stay clear from buying anything had to chase them up for weeks with no product appearing finally got a refund very very bad would not recommend shopping here

Having read the reviews (after ordering a console table) I was a little apprehensive about my order…

Order was a couple of weeks late but arrived today by DPD as promised… Instructions were easy to follow and it was easily assembled… (Even with a couple of screws missing!)

All in all, I would use again…👍

Would not use this company again. I ordered and they delivered a wardrobe, which I was personally assured via email by an apparently highly positioned woman could be assembled on site by one of their people. Thius was improtant to me, as I'm a busy man and not particularly skilled re DIY/flat pack assemblages, so I knew help would be needed. Anyway, it was all academic, as it didn't happen. I followed up several times with their 'customer service', which got me nowhere, and who bizarrely told me that 'we don't normally see Mrs X's emails' - get a grip! The outcome is I still have a wardrobe awaiting assembly weeks later, can't find a handyman in Westmeath for love nor money (another teeth-grinding frustration) and my clothes are strewn all over my bedroom. Try a competitor like love.furniture, who are organised and customer-friendly.

If I could give a - rating -10 would be about right - 6 MONTHS and the worst customer service ever. I cannot mention the specific persons name, but one of the girls there acts as if customer care is so important to her but really doesn't want to be there or do ANYTHING to help you.
Finally got a refund after 6 months of not getting a replacement shade. over 60 calls, multiple emails - worst service ever... I am so glad it's over because it was killing us looking at the broken light every day for 6 months....

I hate to leave a bad review but these are honestly one of the worst companies I have dealt with. After 2 months, my product had still not arrived and I had to cancel the order. It took 3 phone calls and over 2 weeks to get a refund. At no point did they have the item in stock despite it being on their website, they blamed everyone else. I made 10+ phonecalls, each time they would promise to call back, they didn't ever call back. Their emails bounce back to say call them. It just seems to be a disaster! Ordered same item from another vendor and it arrived 3 days later, no issues.

Worst customer service. EVER.
I ordered a sofa that was missing a screw for one leg which made the sofa unusable.
I called about 7 times and every time they tell me that they will contact me and confirm that the are sending the missing piece. They never call back.
Also on the website I ordered gray color but after i paid i was told it was out of stock.
At the end i was told to go and buy the missing screw from a hardware store, guess what? Threes different stores didn’t have the same one.
Should be compensated for the hassle and waste of time and and money on this.

Very disappointing service. We ordered for pre Christmas delivery in November. It eventually arrived in June and it was a different item- their provider doesn't make that coffee table anymore, no explanation from them or apology. I spent all my time chasing them for answers, they never got back to me when they said they would. Do yourself a favour, buy elsewhere.

Wonderfully quick and efficient process, nice pieces, and decent quality for the price. I would definitely shop here again.

Lovely nest of tables I ordered, great quality and the staff were lovely any time I called with any queries on stock/delivery etc. Very good price and they look more expensive than the pictures and very sturdy. Will definitely order from here again.

I ordered 2 sets of drawers from Flanagan's on the 24th May. They were delivered on 31st May, just one week later. In comparison, I have ordered a matching set of larger drawers from Love Furniture on 5th May. I had notification that my order was ready for delivery on 18th May - it is now 15th June and I still have no delivery date. I'll be using Flanagan's for the rest of the collection, to include dining table & chairs, more drawers and wardrobes. Thank you Flanagan's for outstanding and fuss-free service!

I purchased a 3 door wardrobe. It is good in quality. That arrived to my place late but the correspondence was taken seriously and efficiently.

Staff very helpful. I had a minor issue with delivery but once I rang it was sorted very quick. As they don't give in stock details on their website I contacted them to see if the item was in stock and was told it was. Then I got a tracking email and when I clicked on the link I was told 1 item was in stock and the other was on order. When I rang to find out what was happening I got a very helpful lady (sorry forget her name) but she sorted it all out and the items arrived a few days later.

Great except for delivery information. No estimated arrival date, no email to say it has shipped, no tracking, no delivery notification. Your furniture just turns up, could be 4 days after you placed the order, could be 3 weeks.

I ordered an armchair on 8th January with 4 -6 week lead time. Phone calls from Flanagans moved the delivery out to March, then April. I asked could I pick a different one that was available- response was ‘of course, it’s in stock’, I waited 3 weeks only to be told when I rang them that there was no stock available. In early May I requested a refund, yet again- ‘yes, no problem’. I waited 2 weeks, no refund, called again to be told that Flanagans’s are not using PayPal, they requested account details for refund. The details were emailed immediately and I am now into the 3rd week waiting for refund.
This company has been truly a nightmare. They have had my money 5 months and I have neither furniture nor refund. I will continue to post until this matter has been dealt with.

Ordered 5 items in January. Paid up front of course. eventually got 4 of them in May. TV Unit was Grey instead of Cream which was ordered. I was told that this years Cream is actually Grey. Told them I them to take back 2 items and refund for them. Still waiting. This is at a time we are being asked to buy Irish. Shocking service

Hi I ordered a tv unit from Flanagan in March..when I opened the box to assemble it it was missing a side board...I rang Flanagan and told them I wasn't happy with the unit..Maria was lovely and told me I could get a refund...I rang the delivery service to collect the unit..he said he needed a tracking number...I rang Flanagan several times looking for the tracking number..then I was told by a lady who rang me to tell me I wasn't getting a refund..when I told her would she at least dump the tv unit for me ..she didn't want to know..after Maria told I was getting a refund..I was very disappointed..now the unit sitting in my house..I can't build it because its missing a piece..

I ordered a nest of coffee tables on March 14th. They were delivered (without issue) during the first week of April. The coffee tables did not suit so I returned them via registered post which arrived back in Donegal on April 12th. I was advised via phone call before I posted them that my refund would be issued within 14 working days. It is now 46 days later and I have not received my money. I have contacted them on 6 occasions via email and phone. There have been no responses to my emails. Each time I have phoned (3 times) I have been told that my refund will be processed and they’ll call me by close of business to confirm. I have not been contacted. Really disappointing customer service.
