Flamingo Candles Reviews 

What I received vs what was advertised (see pics, which I’m hoping I can add at the next stage of this review submission). Similar to other real reviews, the products advertised are not what you get, in colour or quality, and you are asked to pay for the return. Note, plastic isn’t an issue here, I was fine with that because of the price, but I expected the products to be fun and pretty; or bear some resemblance to the advertised photos. There isn’t much more to say, besides please report this company to the CMA for false advertising.

Note, I am not able to add a photo to show you what these products really look like as the seller has disabled this function. I didn’t know this was an option until now. Surely the seller would not have disabled this function if they were happy for you to see what their products really look like (you can look this up on the Trustpilot site).

Really pleased with the whole experience from order to delivery. Faster than expected, emails to update me and a fabulous quality product as well. Would definitely recommend to family and friends

I bought a care bear scent shape which is sooo cute! I've hung it up in my bedroom which is filled with a lovely watermelon scent, I will definitely buy the other care bear scent shapes, I'd love to have them all!💖💖💖💖💖

I bought 2 candles with zodiac signs and the initials of my friends on the tin. Both really well presented in a lovely gift box with the handwritten note I had requested inside. The candles were slightly smaller than I expected but they smell delightful and hopefully have a good burn time. Happy customer and I’d recommend Flamingo Candles to anyone

Can’t believe I’ve only now found out about you guys being from S.Wales myself! I absolutely love this independent store, it’s clearly handmade and that’s the best part! My mother in law loves her Labyrinth leopard print bracelet and there was a handwritten note which added a special touch. I also got a zodiac poster one for myself and for my partner, it’s definitely added character to our room.
The day after I’d purchased they sent out a personal email which again, a lush personal touch. Your items are so unique!. Just placed my second order on a marble candle as the previous one made me want two!

I love Flamingo Candles. They’re quirky and fun and smell beautiful. They’re strong without overpowering and for me are up there with the high end ones. They’re great value. Always superb customer service. Recently I placed a larger order for a work team event and Ryan went above and beyond with his assistance. Really great experience. Throughly recommend.

The mug and three keyrings were all as expected and good quality.

Shockingly cheap tat - contacted them and they agreed! The only option was to send back (at my expense) for a refund of less than the return postage / initial cost!

I bought 5 mugs for gifts for friends and family. Great quality, prompt despatch and communication by the company. Will definitely use again.

I bought 10 keyrings including a custom one for International Women's Day. I ordered Wednesday PM and they were with me by Thursday morning. The quality and finish is perfect and I am so pleased as they were so reasonably priced too.
