I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience with this company. I was disappointed with the level of customer service provided and would not recommend doing business with them.

I purchased an item that was delivered in a bag, not boxed, and I was unaware it was shipped from China. The product did not match the photograph I was shown, which led to a misinterpretation. I would not have paid the amount I was charged had I known this beforehand.

Regarding the return process, I encountered several issues. Initially, I was not provided with the return address despite multiple requests. After requesting this information multiple times, I was offered a replacement item free of charge if I retained the original—an offer I declined. I was also told I would need to return the item to China, which was inconvenient. I sought advice, who suggested I request a 70% refund since they were willing to send another item free of charge and not require a return.

I agreed to cover the postage and was told they would approve a 50% refund, but I was informed that my request was outside the 30-day return window—just a day past the deadline—due to the lack of response and delays in communication from them.

Based on this experience, I will not be doing business with this company again. I advise others to exercise caution before engaging with them. AWFUL!!!!!

If I could put zero I would. Absolutely shocking standards. I ordered what I thought was the best pair of denim dungarees I've seen in a long time. They were £49.95. What I received was laughable and quite frankly an embarrassment....to myself...for being taken in by their blatant false advertising.
I was told that I had two options: I could post it back at my cost and that if it the packaging was damaged they would probably refuse it( sounds a bit predetermined) or I could keep it and accept £12.50! What a great deal!
Do not go near this company....ever!
Btw, Dungarees are in the bin and I have learned a £49.95 lesson.

Absolutely astonishing piece of rubbish I’ve just received from London flare. What looked liked a nice pair of denim dungarees, and what was delivered defo not the same product. I’m so good at doing my homework for these sites but this time around I got caught out. So take my advice do not order anything from these people . There refund is 30 days from date of order which is now passed as it took that long to receive and on top of that I have to pay to return them. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Is absolutly Scam. I orders it on tictok. No answer.
No updates. No money payback
