First, we processed your C1 Tourist Visa correctly and within the expected timeframe of 5 working days. After that, you contacted us again for a visa extension inside Indonesia. The extension was also completed successfully.

It is important to explain that Indonesian visa extensions are not always identical to new visa applications. Even when an agency prepares and submits the documents properly, each Immigration Office in Indonesia has the right to request additional supporting documents, check originals, or ask the applicant to provide proof of financial ability, address, accommodation, travel plans, or other standard documents.

This is normal immigration practice and not something an agency can legally bypass.
