Avoid at all costs
The customer service is lacking and the shoes are extremely low quality for the price. I had a pair of the Gatz delivered two weeks ago and the stitching is already falling apart. I’m trying to get this sorted with Flabelus but they’re implying that I’ve somehow worn them too often which is ridiculous considering the fact that they’re new

Awful quality and absolutely awful customer service
I bought a pair of shoes from Flabelus that completely lost their shape after being worn fewer than five times. The straps became baggy, the fabric rippled, and the structure collapsed — clearly not normal wear and tear.
When I contacted customer service, they blamed “pressure from the foot during use” rather than acknowledging a fault in the product. Their response was dismissive and unhelpful.
For the price, I expected far better quality and support. I won’t be buying from Flabelus again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Design is superb but confort is even better
Design is superb but what I tell my friends or the people I gift Flabelus to is that they are the most confortable pair of shoes to wear. Additionally the online experience and the return and online customer service is kind and responsive. I am very happy and I will keep myself as trusted client of Flabelus.
After buying 2 pairs of shoes in size…
After buying 2 pairs of shoes in size 39 (Mafalda), I order a pair of flippers also 39 and they were too big. I had to pay for the return. The same happened when buying shoes for my daughter. the first pair was size 36 and after buying 2 new pairs the same size, they sere too big, therefore Ii had to change and paid the return. I think that if you want to sell online, you need to make sure that all shoes should fit the same.
Borgeous but quality needs a lot of improvement
The shoes are very beautiful and made from high-quality materials. Unfortunately, their durability is quite poor. They wear out quickly in many places, and even with occasional use the stitches between the upper and the sole start to tear. Both the sole and the velvet material show signs of wear too easily. The shoes look amazing, but they are not very practical. Another issue is the inconsistency in sizing — I wear size 38, and within the same model the soles can differ by a few millimeters. I ordered three pairs, and while some fit well, others feel too tight. In summary, the shoes are gorgeous but need a lot of improvement in terms of durability and consistency.
Responsive and helpful customer service
I had a great experience with Flabelus customer service. They alerted me immediately when my order was not able to come from the local London warehouse, and they refunded my shipping fee immediately (without me asking). They gave me updates on timing for my order, and, while it did end up taking a long time to come, the team was helpful and responsive along the way to make sure I knew what was going on. Once the order arrived, I was so happy with the shoes, which were just gorgeous.

All very disappointing. One month, no shoes delivered and no money back. No support given other than sending a picture of another building (not mine) where the shoes were supposedly delivered. They don't respond to phone calls. Very low quality service and I lost the money. Don't buy their shoes.

Ordered the Ume earrings and received an email (2 weeks after my order) letting me know that a refund for my earrings was on its way with no explanation or apology whatsoever. Wrote you an email asking for a clarification because I could see online that the earrings were still in stock. You replied 3 weeks later so in the meantime I tried to reorder the earrings and same thing happened.

It was not delivered to my address! Firstly GSL sent me the date and time to delivery and the next day was cancelled and sent me a note to pick it up where is far away almost 20 km.

I’m really sorry to give 2 stars, because I like their shoes, but this time I’m disappointed by their customer service:
I’ve placed my order on september 4th; after two weeks withoud any update I’ve contacted the customer service. They told me that the package has been shipped but there is no tracking available. After another couple of days I’ve received a mail saying that they’re still looking to find out what happened, they didn’t offer any alternative solution; just to wait.
After almost a month I’ve asked to have another package shipped or a refund, since I’ve never received the shoes.. and I got no answer! Never buying again from Flabelus

So cute but so poorly made
So cute but so poorly made. I am happy I purchased one pair at Nordstrom as it has such a good return policy. When I returned them, the clerk told me that many pairs had been returned and several styles were consequently marked down to 60% off. The clerk indicated that the salespeople had advised the buyers of all the problems. After reading the reviews here, I am not even going to try to return the ones I bought directly from Flabelus. It sounds like any attempt to do so would just end in frustration. A few days ago I received an email from Flabelus asking that I leave a favorable review as "Flabelus needs help." I also note that a customer can't leave a review on the website, and no one from the company addresses complaints here or other sites like this.
The worst customer service ever
I love the shoes but flabelus has the WORST customer service ever!!! I ordered a size 40, they sent a size 37 and I emailed them for months trying to get them to fix it. When they finally sent a new pair, they expected me to pay for the shipping and I couldn’t accept the UPS box without paying $50 so I declined!

I love my Velvet Mary-Jane shoes.
I originally purchased a red Uk size 7 or Eu40 for my daughter.
The shoes arrived quickly from Madrid but were very small. It was easy to return the shoes via the post office.
It seemed it was not possible to have a refund so I opted to exchange for a black pair. Although I am a UK 5 the size 7 fitted well and I kept them for myself!, and I absolutely love them. They are so fashionable and I am walking in comfort.

The first pair i bought were the black. One the buckles was attached too low down and it looks a bit odd.
The other fours pairs I have a perfect and very comfortable

I accidentally ordered the wrong size…
I accidentally ordered the wrong size on-line. I realized immediately, but there was no way to fix the order on-line, so I contacted Flabelus right away in an attempt to get the right size sent. Didn’t receive a response until days later and was informed that it was probably impossible but that they would attempt to contact the warehouse. By that time, the wrong size had been sent. I gifted them to a happy recipient, but was frustrated by the inflexibility of the ordering system.
