I love these shoes

I love these shoes! The exchange process is extremely expensive though. Make sure you know your size before buying, otherwise you’re paying $30 shipping to return and another $30 for the new ones.

Ordered a pair on the 12th December…

Ordered a pair on the 12th December with 5-7 day delivery. It’s now Christmas Eve and the shoes are still at the first point of travel.
Customer service has been completely useless, response is slow and not factual information just a lot of ifs and buts. No offer of resolution and they pick and choose whether they are working on business days or calendar days to suit their needs. I can’t say anything for the quality of the shoes as they haven’t arrived. If I’m lucky and they ever turn up and I am at home I shall be refusing delivery as per their suggestion to avoid the returns process I will likely be required to pay for which I will dispute profusely should I need to.
I love the look of the shoes but I won’t be bothering to re order.
I’m not unreasonable and completely appreciate delays happen but the lack any kind of customer service or accountability is disgraceful.

Unacceptable delivery (or lack of)

I ordered shoes for Christmas gifts on 30 November, plenty of time for them to arrive but i am sitting here on 23 Dec, with no gifts for my daughters. Extremely disappointed and very cross.

It’s been 3 weeks and shoes haven’t arrived

I’ve received a few emails now asking me to review the shoes, but I can’t because it’s been 3 weeks since I ordered them and they’ve still not arrived. I’ve been advised by customer service that they will arrive before Christmas, but I’d rather just have a refund at this point.

I discovered Flabelus while in Madrid

I discovered Flabelus while in Madrid. I bought 2 pairs but one hadn’t arrived from the other store and I was leaving the next day. They made it happen!
During the sale, I ordered 2 more pairs and they arrived in a timely fashion with all the tracking information.
You’re growing and prospering and I’m glad to see you having greater presence in the USA!

Great Shoes

I love the product, and after ordering it shipped out quickly. My only issue is that the return process is not as seamless / easy as some other retailers. I had to exchange one pair as I ordered the wrong color and the process took quite a long time and I think maybe was forgotten about until I reached out to see what the status was and why it was taking so long. I am also concerned as I purchased many of these as holiday gifts that if the recipients want to exchange for a different size / color, they are going to have a hard time doing so since I ordered these on the early side of the holidays to ensure I had them all by Christmas, and it will be outside of the return window. But all in all, my experience has been good and the shoes are fabulous! Hopefully if anyone needs to exchange for different size or color, they will be able to do so, despite being outside the return window/ exchange window since they were holiday gifts.

Amazing shoes

Amazing shoes. Great customer service, very responsive. The only negative is the shipping that takes long for the UK deliveries.But when you receive these amazing shoes … you forget about the waiting because it’s worth.

Shoes are great

Shoes are great. Much more comfortable than Venetian Friulane. Sizes are a bit tricky. I wouldn’t order them to Switzerland anymore. Postage is crazy expensive and there is an additional customs bill to be paid.

Favorites.

I first purchased these shoes while visiting Paris this summer. I have since purchased additional pairs from this website for myself and my daughters. They ship extremely quickly and they’re in my hands within days. I will be purchasing more as these shoes are absolutely beautiful.

Order not delivered

Placed an order on 24/11 during the sales and had selected next day delivery. To date, I have not received my parcel. The shipping gets delayed to the following day (this has happened daily since 25/11). Tried to contact the couriers as well as Flabelus but haven’t received any meaningful update. Each side blames the other.
The same as other reviewers mentioned - apology for the ‘frustration’ but never any solution.
When asked to cancel the order and start the refund process, they ignored me. It has been 8 days since I have heard anything back from Flabelus.
Due to the time scale, I have been able to cancel the payment with my bank so at least I have my money back.
Shame really, as I wanted to have the shoes for Christmas. Customer service and courier services need a lot of work. I think best bet is to go in store.
