Absolutely first class treatment
Absolutely first class treatment. Had my procedure on 29th April at FKS clinic Fulham and can honestly say it was carried out with care, professionalism and to the highest of standards and cleanliness. I would highly recommend this clinic for a hair transplant, together with the aftercare of Now Hair and John Davey.

The staff were very friendly and the operation went well. I opted for the unshaven method, and never would have done the procedure if I had to shave my head. Unfortunately, through miscommunication or some other factor, my existing hairline was even further receded and shaved by the doctor as well as the temples before the operation. I don’t remember agreeing to this, as it would make it impossible for me to hide the area. the back was shaven in a bit of a careless way compared to other clinics. Like I said, I never would have done this operation if I couldn’t hide the transplanted area. This has lead to the recovery being very hard mentally, much harder than it should be. I have zero doubts that the results will be great but feeling unable to leave your house after shouldn’t be part of the experience, especially when emphasizing the importance of being able to hide the transplanted area.

During the consultation and before the procedure, we do inform patients that with the unshaven method, some shaving of existing hair may still be necessary to maximize the overall outcome and ensure the best possible graft placement. We also understand that due to the procedure and medication, some details discussed beforehand may not always be fully remembered afterward.
We truly understand your frustration regarding the visibility of the transplanted area and the donor shaving. Our intention is always to balance discretion with achieving the strongest long-term result possible. Great experience. Simple, comfortable procedure. A few hours of sitting still and a successful procedure resulting in a smooth recovery and a good hair of hair (eventually). Takes a while for everything to grow in, but worth the wait. Good aftercare by the team, checking in on me for a few months after the procedure.

From the initial consultation via WhatsApp through to the procedure itself, I could not fault the service! I felt at ease on the day of surgery by the amazing team and was kept well informed throughout. Had my HT back in September. I’m on the 7th month and I’m very happy for the result. Staff outstanding, overall very good experience in a very good price. I paid 3.6K for 4800 drafts. If you’re thinking of it definitely do it.

Six months since procedure
Had my fue procedure at start of October so 6 months in now, I said I would do another review as most people just do the one straight after.
From the start the whole team were excellent also the follow up texts were really helpful, took around 10 weeks before I started to get new hair I think mine has grown quick as I’m happy with my results now basically but there’s still new hair coming through.
Very glad I choose FKS .
I have done this review off my own back so believe me they are a good team and very professional.

From the over the phone consultation to day of procedure then onto the after care communication I must say the service was great.
The lady that dealt with from start to finish couldn’t have been more helpful in providing the information I asked for. It was prompt, clear and I felt reassured at all times. It was a big step for me to go for the procedure and this part of the process was definitely a deciding factor in choosing FKS.
I am on day 13 post procedure, everything has gone smoothly and I am very happy with the new hair line.
The whole FKS are true professionals and I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone thinking about getting the procedure done themselves.
