I sent my cylinders off to be refilled…

I sent my cylinders off to be refilled and never got them back. The company is disorganised and their customer service is terrible. What they have on their website is not accurate - your deposit is not credited to your account, in their own words "there is no deposit or credit value attached to the cylinders". I am accepting a loss on the two cylinders i returned to them and will be using a different company to refill my cylinders going forwad
