After losing both money and patience…

After losing both money and patience here, I feel obligated to warn others. Tried reaching support through live chat, email, and even their social media accounts. Got the same copy-paste response through all channels. It is like they have one template for every possible complaint and just paste it regardless of what you ask. Their promotional emails promise all sorts of bonuses and free spins. When you actually claim them, the conditions make them virtually worthless. 50x playthrough, maximum win cap of $200, and a 7-day expiry. It is designed to look generous while giving you nothing. Take the negative reviews seriously. I wish I had before signing up.
