Have used Fixologi before and have been pleased with quality of work but completely different experience this time. Asked him to do a straightforward job in my small garden but he did not measure up properly and charged me for over ordered materials. Then cancels on the day we have booked in the morning, rebooks for Sunday, turns up for less then two hours (I have the times he arrived and left captured on my smart doorbell). Starts the work, then leaves and promises to come back another booked day, only to cancel in the morning again (I have wattsapp message trail confirming all this). I wasted 3 days waiting for him and informed him that I would go with another trader. He then insisted on a full days pay, (for less than two hours work). I paid him for half a day just to keep him happy but he keeps sending me aggressive wattsapp messages even though I issued a cease and desist. For the safety of my family, I have had to log an anticipatory police case with the Met, with his details, so that they can take immediate action if he tries to contact me again. I also have two motion sensitive cameras covering the front and back of my property in case he tries to gain access.

Sara at the bank branch was amazing and really helpful you guys really have a star worker on your hands she helped me finding a solution to charge my phone and is a great saleswomen, thanks Sara!

Very impressed with this company, was left in the lurch by another contractor with uncompleted work and saw the van working in someone's house nearby. Fixologi quoted a reasonable price and were able to fix all outstanding issues quickly and to a high standard, would definitely recommend.

Good workmanship and able to do a wide range of jobs. I have used Fixologi a few times and there has always been good communication. Highly recommended.

Ataur always responds to any emergency/handywork required. And actually resolves the issues rather than just charging for call-outs and always charge reasonably prices for his services!

There are few occasions where we requested Fixologi plumber to do the job and their high level of customer service and the perfection to get the job done makes them stand out. Even after the job gets done they usually call to check if there is an issue or things are fine.
I will highly recommend them.

Excellent service

Had my end of tenancy cleaning done and they did an excellent job! The carpet looked good as new. Ataur is very kind and patched up damages on the walls for free. The clean was done in a reasonable time and seemed thorough. Very happy with the results. Definitely recommend!

I have just used Ataur to plaster the ceiling and replace the flooring in my flat. Found him on Facebook so was nervous. However he has been brilliant from start to finish. Professional, courteous and kept me updated on progress throughout.
So hard to find good, reliable tradespeople but Fixologi seems to be one!

I have to highly recommend Ataur from Fixology , I've used him several times from large complex jobs to smaller ones. Every time he delivers with great service and high quality, he even has fit me in when Im in desperate need of repairs. His prices are also very good.

From large jobs to fixing leaky sink and all the damage around inc painting and decorating, to fixing leaky toilets, taps switches and many other things around the house this guy is your man and is always my first point of call.

Ataur from Fixologi has been working on two of our properties over the last few months and has been great. Excellent quality of work and finishing. No job is too small and always happy to help with all requests. Very good at guiding us with what will work best and ideas on how we can make things even better than we planned for. Fixologi have done complete refurb of all bathrooms, kitchen updated and house painted along with electrical maintenance and general wear and tear of house. Fixologi is very reasonable and offers good value for money. It has been a very positive experience with a builder which is so often not the case. Communication is impeccable-always available at the end of the phone. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Ataur and Fixologi!
