A great service from James and the team. Really easy to use and super helpful hints, tips and videos that really guide you through everything you need to know. The website has a great flow and doesn't overwhelm the user by keeping it informative yet simple. Really pleased I chose to do this and such a good price for the service you receive

A practical and easy to follow course led by a highly knowledgeable physiotherapist. Thank you, James! Easy to follow videos and exercises quickly helped me manage my pain from a long battle with tennis elbow. I liked how it focuses on pain relief first, helping to bring it under control, then takes you through mobility work and strength, which has helped me get on top of it. Super easy to dip in and out of the programme so I can focus on exercises that work for me rather than booking in person (costly) physio. I always struggle with technique once I leave the physio room, and the videos and guidance are perfect for this issue! First time trying online, I am converted! Highly recommend. Thank you again, James, and the Fix My Elbow team!
