I had an issue with a leak from my toilet in the bathroom. Following visits from several engineers who wanted to upscale the work I was lucky to had Oscar Abeledo visiting my flat who within 1h has traced the damage and fixed it with minimum intervantion. I had various encounters with plumbers over the past few years and I can say with confidence that Oscar is the best one I have ever seen. He is very professional, very skilled, addressed the issue directly and ensured it was fixed without rushing the job or trying to create more work. I hope I will not need to but if I do I will definitely look for Oscar's services he an asset for FixIF and I would definitely recommend to anyone to contact FixIF and ask for Oscar!

Quick fix and great customer service
Ben fixed the issue with our toilet flusher very quickly, which previous plumbers weren’t able to do!

Ben the plumber
Ben arrived on time and immediately got down to business fixing a leaking water pipe in my kitchen. What appeared a fairly straight forward job was in fact quite tricky as the copper pipe was split, in a tricky position and completely shot. He solved the problems & got the job done in a friendly and professional way.

Very good rapid service with a smile.
The plumber came quickly and soon found where the leak was from. He tightened up loose connections and all now appears well. Oscar said that it is possible the washer may need to be changed if the problem persists. Oscar was a very pleasant, obliging and professional plumber.

Great service.
Ben arrived promptly and was both courteous and professional. He found the problem quickly and also the point at which water was leaking into the loft. Both items were fixed and tested for leaks and all appears to be well. He double checked before leaving which gave me extra confidence. I would rate Ben highly.

Feedback for Oscar Abeledo
The emergency plumber (Oscar) was incredibly helpful having found the leak and fixed it (despite the cramp conditions in my loft) along with replacing by ball-valve in the header tank. Afterwards he showed me the bits of pipe that he had replaced and also passed me a heater that I had been storing in the loft (that I had forgotten about). He also gave me advice to prevent the situation recurring again in the future. In addition, he arrived promptly (having phoned me to say when he was due to arrive), was very professional and courteous (wearing mask when he turned up) as well as being efficient and knowledgeable. I would rate Oscar 20 out of 10 and would definitely use him again (unfortunately my understanding is that he only does emergency plumbing)
