Fix and servicing in Uppsala - all good!
Bike picked up for fix and servicing in Uppsala. Friendly communication regarding pickup/drop-off times, and bike looks good! This is my second time using Fixi, and I still recommend it. Tack så mycket igen!

Great service
I booked the time on sunday, was able to get a pick up already on monday and could have gotten it back already the same afternoon, but chose to get it back the day after instead. And the bike looks great :). I'm very happy with this service.

Great service from start to end!
Super quick and efficient, barely two hours from the bike was bikes up until it was returned as good as new! (If not even better).
Having a cargo bike it’s hard finding places that will repair the bike, in this case the breaks. But Fixi found a great repair shop! And it was awesome that they deliver both there and back.
More than satisfied with this service!

Quick and great service
I'm really satisfied with the service! Their booking system was easy to understand and I like the whole idea of not having to drag my broken bike to a service station miles away. However, you shouldn't expect the pick-up time to be as exact as it says on the website. Due to heavy traffic and lots of bookings, they arrived at my house an hour later than expected. Nevertheless, they dropped my bike off in excellent condition only 2 hours later! All and all, my experience was great!
