Fantastic service Tires delivered on time very helpful staff

It was a really good service, quick and easy I the tire shop was really close to my house, over all the service from Fixgo and the shop was great.

the tire installer , A&R in Rancho Cucamonga was horrible. I got the tires on Tues, and they did not have an appointment for me until Fri. When I came on Friday for my 2 pm appointment, I was told it will be 2-3 hrs wait!! Really, for 2 tires? I took the tires with me and paid another shop for installations.

I was a little nervous about using the website. But then I did price comparisons everywhere and this was the best choice. You have to just navigate and find a tire shop that installs each tire at a reasonable price. The tires arrive sooner than expected. I was able to contact the shop and make an appointment for that Saturday. But then I have to call them back to see if I can just do a pop-up because Saturday wasn't going to work anymore. They accommodated me easily. The shop was very informative they were quick. I'm going to say it took him about 30-40 minutes and I was the only car when I got there. So it worked out. I was skeptical. But this will be where I'll be ordering my next set of tires for the truck now.

Everything went as expected. No additional costs, what you see is what you get. I will be buying my tires from fixgo from now on.

Website is user friendly. Communication through text is great. I’m only giving it a 4, because my original order was cancelled a week later due to out of stock. 2nd choice of wheels came in to the shop and was installed 1 week later.

I just ordered my 4 tires from FixGo last year and last month, somebody vandalized “punctured” my rear tire. I contacted the FixGo customer service and they told me to get warranty claim is to order a new tire from FixGo and send a picture of my damage tire with description and written report from the tire shop that the tire is not fixable. After I bought a replacement tire and make an appointment for tire installation, the FixGo customer service told me to wait for another 3-5 days to get my refund for my 1 tire. Honestly FixGo customer service is very nice & helpful and even the “Y Tire Sales -Alhambra,Ca.” shop owner and installer of tire shop that affiliated by FixGo are nice too and they do a quick installation. Thanks everyone. Appreciate your help.

I was sold a tire that had a flat spot. The tire location Boyz Tirez tired telling me they could not balance my tire because my rim was bent. I would need to buy a new one. The moment I drove off my car was shaking uncontrollably and I had to drive no more than 20 mph on the 30 min ride home on the freeway. I went to a local tire shop who fully inspected my new tires and said my rim was fine but that one tire was defective. I had to drive back for them to acknowledge where the flat spot was. They put my original tire back on and low and behold they were able to balance my tire after they said it was my rim. Now, im dealing with a nose from that tire till today! When I went back for my tire the next day, they told me would be at the shop after 11 a.m.. well it wasn't, it wasnt even placed for order. Now im having to come back a 4th time. Customer service is horrible and the contracted tire shop was sketchy. I feel I should have been refunded the installation fee. Never again will I take cheaper route to save a dollar.

Easy process. Great price. No problems were encountered.
