They are scam. Paid initial £150 for building plan, they then took £700 from my account automatically without the approval (it seems they stored my card details on their system without my consent). After they got the money then never answered my emails or calls. I am out of £850 and without any plan.
Now it seems their website is no longer available, and domain is no longer registered to them. Raised a dispute with my bank. I hope I get the money back as I used my debit card to make the initial payment. Make sure you use credit card when paying them so you can geta refund.
It seems the company has now changed its name to Planify Limited. Now they will be back in business with a different name to start their scam again.
Avoid at any cost.

Avoid this company. They are a scammers and once your money taken they literally don’t care. No answers to phone calls and chasing emails. After months they will send you a one sentence email with no information. They will make a drawings how they want and gets declined by Planning. Then they disappear no communication whatsoever. Avoid them at all cost if you can.

I recently hired Fixed Price Architecture to provide drawings for my garage conversion project, and I must say that I was impressed with their service. The drawings were done quickly and at an affordable price, which was ideal for me as I was on a tight budget.

This company makes big claims…. Don’t waste your time!!

Gave them all my personal details and the project details on the promise would get a quote in seconds and if I didn’t email their customer support. Well even after emailing customer support several times and trying to phone them no joy.

Used Fixed Price Architecture to create planning drawings for replacement windows as we live in a conservation area.

The quotes we received locally seemed very high and we found this company online who provided drawings and even submitted the applications into the council for under £400

Please don't use a Fixed Price architect, you will waste your money, time and energy!

They are incompetent. They have messed up our drawings. They are missing some basic planning standards which show no experience in handling planning applications. They have also made some mistakes you wouldn't expect a professional to do in that industry such as wrong post code (even though the application submitted has the right one...). This has led to a rejection of our lawful certificate application due to the multiple inconsistencies.

They are claiming they are just architect designer and only provide drawings but are not planning consultants. Then why do they provide in their offering a service of planning application in that case? If they provide only drawings, you are better off learning to use a CAD software and do it yourself.

There is also a lack of/poor communication. They provided their drawings later than the date announced on their dashboard. You chase them all the time. When you call, no one answers. You can only basically contact them through the Monday app to post a message and wait for them to reply when they wish to. They are supposed to work on monday, wednesday and thursday according to the voice mail but we always had responses on wednesday and sometimes thursday. All of that added to the delay of our application.

Now that we are claiming for reimbursement of the fees due to the poor work delivered and the work not delivered as no longer needed (structural calculations are no longer needed as our application has been rejected). We have no response at all after chasing multiple times and are probably forced to raise this matter to the small claims court.

(Please note they have changed their website layout 3 times in the last 6 months and also have a party wall surveyors so please be careful)

In the meantime, we have found an excellent architect designer experienced with planning applications and standards to move our project forward for a similar quote. You can clearly see the difference in terms of experience, outcome and professionalism

Our application has been sent to the council and we are happily waiting for approval 🤞🏼. Working with fixed priced architecture has been easy and great value for money. We worked with Kevin and Danielle.

We came with our own ideas, which Kevin reviewed and improved on significantly. We saw the price difference we were quoted by one contractor reduced by 20%, even with price increases in materials due to the current climate.

Having previously attempted to submit a change requests to the council, we can already see the benefit of having the professionals handle this for us. In just days the council responded with a step by step plan. Danielle has informed us that she intends to keep in regular contact with them during this time, which brings peace of mind while we wait.
