A good and efficient company
A good and efficient company, they would have got 5 stars but took quite a long time to get the vehicle booked in for repairs. Good communication and good work done. All employees were helpful and most polite.

Extremely Disappointed with Fix Auto's Service
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Fix Auto. My Mercedes EQC was with them for over two months, and yet the repairs were not completed professionally. The incorrect color code was used, leaving my car looking unprofessional and clearly mismatched. To make matters worse, my car was returned with no charge, causing me significant inconvenience and additional costs to arrange recovery and recharging for my electric vehicle.
Despite the excessive time they had my car, the lack of attention to detail and professionalism is unacceptable. After all this, the issues remain unresolved. Communication from Fix Auto has been slow, and their approach to handling complaints shows no sense of urgency.
I cannot recommend their service and will be pursuing a formal complaint to ensure these issues are addressed.

Getting minor repairs completed was very disappointing
Getting minor repairs completed was very disappointing. Nice reception staff but the workshop is very unprofessional; completion dates were missed four times with unbelievable excuses. In addition, the courtesy car I was provided with a very small and very basic manual transmission car emblazoned with the company logo.

Poor quality repair
Customer service overall very good. The problem is the actual repair, the quality is not even close up to the standard, the car does not look as good as new, due to the fact that the repair is visible to the eye. In addition the car was handed back with loose panels in the boot, marks of grease on the panels ( black on cream colour)

Did a decent job - loan car terrible
Did a decent job, good communications
On negative, loan car was terrible, most specifically, stank of cigarettes despite contract stating it was illegal to smoke in the car - even car seat had cigarette burns and tears.
They did subsequently give it a deep clean but the cigarette smell came back within a day.

The courtesy car should have been cleaned before going out. it is policy and also against the law to smoke in a company vehicle. However it is impossible to stop customers from doing this despite if we are able to prove they have smoked they can be charged for cleaning or even fined.
