Having had my car for 10 days, not all repair work was carried out. This was after emailing to confirm this work was included in the quote. Showed no concern or offered a solution to this but had no issues taking my £5000

Very polite and considerate (as they were repairing a car where I'd caused the accident!). From start to finish did as they said they would, when they said they'd do it. A refreshing change from most outfits in any kind of service industry.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable friendly personnel who kept us informed at every stage of the repair. Car was returned to us in a timely fashion (around the holiday period nonetheless), and was cleaned, bodywork is in great condition again. Would use them again!

Everybody I spoke to was very friendly and helpful!

Overall a really good experience. Only issue was that they wouldn't provide an automatic courtesy car even though I explained I have a disability that means I physically can no longer drive a manual car. Apparently automatics are kept for people who can only legally drive an automatic car.
