Exceptional service from start to finish. Pryia was friendly and efficient in keeping me updated! The staff who collected and dropped off the veichle were fabulous (I’m so sorry I didn’t get names!) When initially visiting the branch all staff were welcoming and the atmosphere was that of a happy place to work. My car came back looking brand new! Not only were the repairs completed to outstanding quality, my car had had a complete valet better than any car wash facility I’ve taken the car to before! Thank you for making a difficult situation a pleasant one! Highly recommend!

Good repair - car collected from home.and returned cleaned. Only.issue that could be improved on was how long it took to repair but that was partly down to poor.comma from insurance company in authorising the inspection, estimation and repair works.
