First, fixing my car through a no fault accident.
Secondly replacing my bulb for an mot failure. Which doesn't sound like a big job. But the quote I had at a previous garage was scandalous.

Excellent service from Katie & Kate, both really helpful and ensured the repair to my defender was carried out to the highest standard. They completed the repair quickly, kept me updated on the progress via email and even cleaned and polished my car afterwards, would highly recommend them if you need your car repairing

It ia always a traumatic experience when you are involved in an accident. The process of having repairs to your car can be very difficult, not with this company.
I was received by staff who were truly customer focused and went that extra mile to ensure that I would be free from worry. This also applied to the mechanics to executed a repair which I must say was first class. They explained during the handover exactly what had been repaired and returned my car in pristine condition.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company as the staff from the front office to the garage mechanics were truly customer focused.

From my first phone call I knew I was in safe hands - great helpful receptionist Sam made sure I was kept informed. She has a lovely bright personable but professional manner. She called me back when she said she would and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Today I got my car back and it’s as good as new. Very pleased.

The process was nice and easy, friendly staff and all repairs - timescales clearly explained. The repair itself is excellent, the only downside being that as it required the removal of two damaged doors and this resulted in the interior becoming very dusty and smelling of cellulose. Passenger seat had a stain on it too. Nothing a full valet my favourite car cleaner couldn't sort.
