Was referred to Fix Auto following a collision, this was done via my insurance company. Within 4 hours of me submitting the claim it had been accepted and Fix Auto had contacted me for damage photos. The next day they got my booked in for the end of the week. They kept me updated whilst I had my car, and managed my expectations well. Incredibly friendly and helpful customer services, including the guys that picked up/dropped off my car. The damage was repaired to a very high standard, I was so pleased with the results. Thank you Fix Auto for making what could have been a very stressful experience, really not stressful at all.

Communication was great and Sarah was able to help prioritise my repair so that I could get my car back before a planned trip to Scotland. Car was delivered back clean and the car looked as good as new. Great service.

Returned vehicle without completing the list of damages & added a new fault namely a broken windscreen. Then had the audacity to try & lay the blame on it being “pre accident “ when photos taken before removal clearly proved otherwise. Disgraceful & underhand bodge it & leg it attitude. Ongoing nightmare

From start to finish very informative team, they arranged collection and drop off of my van which was nice experience and the work carried out was exceptional so overall I was really pleased with this service.

I've used Fix Auto UK twice now and on both occasions the work they carried out on my vehicles was exceptional - I couldn't tell there was ever a problem after they finished the job!
