Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained throughout the repair process and communication was always friendly and helpful.
Lilly in particular was excellent and made the whole experience very easy for us. My wife struggled with the original courtesy car, and without any fuss they arranged to change it for another one that suited her better.
They also made things incredibly convenient by bringing the courtesy cars to us and collecting them, as well as collecting and returning our own car once the repairs were completed.
The repair itself was excellent and the whole process was handled professionally and efficiently. It is rare to receive this level of customer service these days.
A big thank you to Lilly and everyone at Fix Auto Harlow. I would have no hesitation recommending them.
