My cover was for collection and delivery. This company tried to get me to deliver the car and collect it. My insurance company had to step in on both occasions to ensure I got the device I paid for. Repair perfectly satisfactory but the customer service was poor given the lack of cooperation regarding what my policy covered.

My whole experience with Fix Auto was excellent. They delivered a loan car and collected mine. They kept me informed of the progress of the repair work and dropped off my car on completion. The repair work had been completed to a very standard, the whole car had been valeted and any fuel used topped up. I would highly recommend them.

Put my car here after storm arwen damaged it as advised by my insurance when went to collect car had inly been half fixed and my car had been used as a run around as 60 odd extra miles put on it when questioned about this not a feezible answer given I will not be using this garage again stay away

It seemed to take forever to repair my vehicle, but this was down to length of time suppliers took to deliver parts. But an excellent job in the end.

Got car back today and looks fantastic. Like a new car . Very pleased with the workmanship.
It did take a bit longer than expected but I do understand the difficulties in getting parts in the climate we are living through .

The customer care and eye for detail was outstanding. Wendy who looked after all the admin was a great communicator and nurtured me through the process and all the team were warm friendly and efficient.

The job taking a day longer than estimated was fine, since that possibility was made clear at the start. However, it was disappointing that I had to contact the repair shop, to ask for an update, at 3pm on that next day. The response, to my call, was very good.
