Thanks for repairing my fiesta st

Everyone polite and responsive. Job looked great. I did have to take it back as one of the doors were not closing - but it was an issue easily resolved and done very quickly. Only reason not full marks is the job from start to finish did take a long time in my view but I am aware of the Covid environment having knock on effects in the delivery of all services.

Our car came back repaired and they cleaned it for us. Which was great

Poor;
Expected 10 days to two weeks without my car.
Took 26 days, but not totally their fault.
I had to keep ringing them to find out what was happening.
Good;
Got in touch promptly to sort me having my car in for repair.
Came and fetched / returned my car.
Arranged a substitute car.

Would have scored higher but it took 4 weeks to repair some minor damage & I had to chase for updates, also my car was returned without warning whilst I was at work.
The repair work though was perfect.

Really good company as at first it was thought my car was a write off after a no fault accident when it was parked
They had lots of problems getting parts due to a known shortage but kept going & finally it’s ready Reception extremely helpful keeping me up to date on everything they were doing . Highly recommended

My car was collected by very polite staff.
I was contacted 2 weeks later to say that it was ready and to arrange for its return.
The front of the car had been re-sprayed, but was finished to an appalling standard, so I rejected it.
I had another call 1 week later, to say that it was ready. When it was delivered, there had been an attempt to superficially polish some of the re-spayed paint, which was still poor and had only been treated in part. I rejected it a second time.
Another week passed and the car was delivered a 3rd time, this time finished to an acceptable standard.
I have to say that the staff were courteous and polite throughout, but the standard of work was extremely poor. It appears that there is a need to be far more stringent on final checking before releasing repaired vehicles back to their owners.

Great customer service particularly from Cally who was understanding and sympathetic as my car was taken to this garage as part of an insurance claim. The whole experience in getting my car repaired had been stressful with dealing with the insurance companies and lease car firm so I appreciated Cally taking the time to understand the situation and giving me an update to tell me that my car was ready to be delivered back to me fixed.

Excellent work, but took too long the repair.

I have no complaints at all. The repair took a little longer than I had expected but it didn’t matter since I had a courtesy car which was delivered to me in exchange for my own car. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone else who needed their car repaired.

Excellent service and friendly staff. It makes it so much easier when they are prepared to collect your car for you, and drop it off again. First rate, would very much use again.

Came to pick the car up for me, im stunned at how new the car looks considering how ruined it was when they got it! Crazy how good the work is. Dropped the car to me the same day it was completed!

Staff were really friendly and throughly explained what repairs had taken place. Courtesy car was issued which was clean and tidy.

The car was generally ok, but I did call to say it had a slow puncture. Nothing was done about it, which would have been ok, but for the fact that my car took at least a month to fix.
