Timely pick up and delivery of car but with a month’s wait for an agreed date for the work to begin, the parts could have been ordered ahead of the car getting to the venue for the work to begin. The expected seven day’s involved a month between start and finish.
Work completed to a satisfactory finish

I dislodged a corner of my cars front bumper having caught it on the edge of a fence post whilst reversing on my drive. I visited Fix Auto in Chessington to get an idea other than cost of repair. I was introduced to Tom, an estimator, who on inspecting the damage was able to clip the bumped and trim back in place. Thanking him I asked what the charge was to be told "no charge but please leave a review on Trust Pilot" . I was impressed by the professional manner in which my problem was resolved and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

The team was friendly, professional and helpful, taking the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. They kept me well informed throughout the repair, providing regular updates on the progress, which I really appreciated.

The quality of the repair was outstanding, and my car was returned in excellent condition.

Positives: The staff were consistently friendly, the front office was clean and welcoming, and I appreciated the regular updates on the progress of my vehicle repair. The actual repair was very good
Areas for Improvement: No courtesy car was provided, and no assistance was offered in sourcing one, leaving me without transport for two days. Additionally, my vehicle was in the workshop for almost a month, which was longer than expected.

Mainly well informed about timelines for repair. Had to do a little chasing at the end to confirm completion but had courtesy car so not really an issue. Excellent standard of repair and car returned lovely and clean .

Dale was calm, patient and very accomodating when answering my questions durng both the collection and drop off of the car. the staff were also extremely helpful over the phone, making the whole experience smooth and stress free. Overall a very good service and i would happily recommend them.
