I was very surprised at how quickly the repairs took after they received the new body parts. I am very pleased with the finished result the car looks like new.

The Beach hut that was in our front garden blew down and put a dent in my roof and two scratches down my back passenger door which I claimed for on my motor insurance. Also I asked Autocraft to fix certain areas on my car that had started to go rusty.
When I took it into Autocraft from the receptionist to a young man named John, who came out to inspect my car, could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Car was repaired well and the staff were very friendly. Small issues found put right quickly and I had my car back quicker than expected.

It took a surprisingly long time for my car to be repaired through no fault of Fix auto but because Admiral Insurance quibbled about paying. All that time Fix Auto customer service kept me up to date and where always helpful and friendly when I rang them yet again to see if there were any developments. when they did get the go ahead the work was done quickly and I am pleased with the result. Since I asked for an automatic for my courtesy car they hired one for my use. Thank You Fix Auto.

An excellent service all round. Very efficient & kept us informed regarding the work to be carried out. A great result on our car & we are very pleased with the high standard of workmanship.

My repair was completed quickly given the time of year (Christmas) and issues with part availability and the team were great at keeping me in the loop with the repair and it’s progress.

Despite a couple of unexpected niggles with the repair, the team (especially Jonathan), did their best to get everything sorted and put right with as little inconvenience to myself as possible.

Finish of the repair is brilliant also, the best repair centre I have used.

Repair was undertaken on the stated date and completed promptly. Repair appears very good, understand it is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle so all good.

Initial response was excellent and a temporary repair was done.

Then after 5 days I had to call them to get my car booked in.

Had a courtesy car provided and the service was first class.

Car was returned clean inside and out

The only issue after that was they delayed the return date of my car several times but overall I would use them again

Their instructions prior to the collection of our car were clear and easy to follow and their collection of our car for repair was straight forward
Like wise was its return and the work carried out has been first rate.
